At Allure Window Treatments, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our clients. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order:
  • Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their order within 72 hours of signing the contract. To cancel, you must send an email to office@allurewt.com or directly to the sales representative who wrote the contract.
  • Cancellation Requests After 72 Hours: Any request to cancel an order after 72 hours (3 business days) will be denied.
  • Word-of-Mouth Cancellations: Verbal communication or word-of-mouth cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund Process
  • For valid cancellations within the 72-hour window, funds will be returned within 3 business days.
  • If the payment was made via credit card, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.
