MEET THE TEAM

Roi Albo – Co Owner

Roi moved to the United States in 2002 after dedicating 3 years of service in the Israeli army. He also spent 4 years working in the window treatment trade of bustling New York City, and decided to bring specialties of the trade to Philadelphia by settling in the city of Brotherly Love and opening Allure Window Treatments in 2007. As a one-man show in the sophomoric years, Roi built the company to the leading window treatment business that it is today.

“I always cared about giving the best service to my customers – more than just making a sale. I’m proud of our fun and young staff, and I know they love coming to work (most days)!”

 victoragiv

Victor Agiv – Co Owner

Victor (along with Roi) is a very active and involved co-owner of Allure WT, supervising complex installation projects and providing technical support. He has been very adept to the inner workings of machinery since childhood, where he would take things apart and figure out how to put them back together – often with a high success rate! He continued doing this during his high school years where he studied electronics, and then later used his skill and knowledge working on aircraft radios for the Israeli Air Force. With a passion for getting to the root of any technical problem, it is natural and almost effortless for Vic to create a solution to combat the problem.

Along with his technical dexterity Victor also has earned an economics degree, a Dan II in Shokotan and has been a trainer for years.

Naomi Basha – Schedule Coordinator

Naomi is the most determined, organized, and professional person in the office. She also pulls off a balancing act, and just happens to be intriguingly not serious and downright silly most of the time. Since she began working at Allure, she became not only obsessed with draperies and fabrics, but committed to making Allure a better place by uncluttering the office space so the business as a whole can operate more efficiently and peacefully. She continues to work this magic in various ways everyday!

Naomi is a globe-trotter having been born in Israel and living/travelling in Austrailia, Thailand, Sicily, England, Greece and Turkey. She moved to the United States in 2010 and continued to travel within the States while working in the cosmetic business as a Senior Salesperson and Educator. She decided to settle down in Philadelphia for now because “it’s an awesome city”, and loves to cook, stay updated on politics, and rave over her 4 brothers!

Christopher Spiker – Design Gallery Manager

Christopher moved to Philadelphia in 2011 to pursue a degree at Temple University. After receiving his B.A. in actuarial science at the Fox School Of Business in 2015, he took a job opportunity as a property and casualty underwriter in the wholesale insurance marketplace. During his time as an underwriter, he received a Pennsylvania license as a property and casualty insurance producer.

Wanting to experience different career options, Christopher assumed a position as an interior design assistant and started a home organizing service for the Philadelphia, NYC, and LA areas. Eventually he was referred to the Allure team, where he greatly enjoys giving design input and product knowledge. His attention to detail and love for helping clients will make your visit to the Old City Showroom quite the enjoyable and informative experience!

Sigita Stravinskaite – Designer

B.F.A. with Honors – Temple University, Tyler School of Art, PA

Sigita moved to United States at 15 years old from Lithuania. She studied graphic arts at Tyler School of Art, Elkins Park, PA and settled down in Philadelphia after her studies.

Sigita has 5 years of experience as an interior and brand identity designer for Allure Window Treatments and 9 years of experience doing freelance design work for various clients. She has worked on a wide range of projects designing window treatments for private homes, restaurants, and commercial spaces. Her ability to subtly integrate patterns, colors, textures separates her designs from the ordinary. When collaborating with Sigita, you are part of the process from first idea to the final touch - whether following a stylistic direction, exploring your home's traditions, or following a sense of adventure.

Her passion for fabrics and design developed as she grew up surrounded with textiles in her family trade. The best source of her inspiration comes from her travels all around the world including Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia, Mexico and US.

"Every day I am excited to go to work because I get to research and create beautiful interiors. Creation is my favorite and most important part of my job. Exploring the possibilities, giving ideas to my clients and following through to accomplish the desired design."
